Music defines Mychela, give her a mic & stage & you will be welcomed into what she calls her home, where it is evident she belongs.
Her musical passion was instilled in her at a very early age, growing up in Newfoundland' Mychela doesn’t remember a time when there wasn’t music in her life. If you can envision a traditional family kitchen jam party, to church choir on the weekends, music was imprinted daily. It was her parents love of music & support that encouraged Mychela to always follow her musical path & live her dream. After the sudden passing of her Dad Mychela knew without question how precious time is and to start living the life she was fated for at a very young age.
Since Loosing her home in Fort McMurray Alberta to “ THE BEAST” fire Mychela has had to re evaluate life as a whole, and while she was “lost” for some time
she is slowly finding her way back… Mychela’s days find her writing & touring,
teaching vocal lessons, booking shows, all things music.. recording for a new Mychela project is in the near future... with co-wrights well underway..
this record promises to be a true representation of who Mychela truly is as
an artist...and a person..
Emily is a country singer and songwriter from Ajax, Ontario. The passion and inspiration for music that she has, began at the age of two. Emily was often caught by her parent's singing herself to sleep as a child.
Growing up with a musical family, she was exposed to many different
genres of music and soon developed a love for country! Over ten years of vocal and piano lessons she soon decided to learn how to play the
guitar. The acoustic guitar allowed Emily to grow as an artist, she
began to write original music and the words started to pour out onto
the page. Emily's music is derived from her own story. Her lyrics are all personal from her past experiences, so that she can connect with
people on an emotional level. Moving into 2020,
Emily's most recent single 'The Sobering Truth,' hit the top 40 on SXM radio shortly after he release. Emily has also developed an all female writer’s round called ‘The Songbird’s Series,’ to support women in country music.
Currently she is in the process of writing and recording new music for he
r EP, bringing backa more traditional, sultry sound to the mainstream
country music scene! Along with booking show across the province.
